I ordered this item on 11/18 and still have not received, nor have I received any response to 3 requests for shipping status. This is the first negative experience I have had on Etsy and I am very disappointed.

slightly delayed shipping and no response to my multiple convos to affirm it was on it's way (apologize about those--), however i appreciate anything handmade being delivered to my doorstep- the satin pillowcase is gorgeous and well made so thank you!!
